The Klopp Ranch Pinot Noir was aged for 9 months sur lie in 55% new French oak which gives it some spiciness on the nose and on the palate. Aromas of blueberry, black raspberry, Hershey’s Chocolate, cured charcuterie and rose petals are present along with flavors of wild strawberry, rhubarb and brown mushroom powder. 4600 cases produced.
