This Chardonnay is from the Woolsey Road Vineyard in the Russian River Valley, which is comprised of Huichica clay-loam over clay, and the vines were planted in 2007. As this simply gorgeous Chardonnay begins to open it has releases inviting aromas of lime custard, white peachs, crushed stones, marzipan, ripe apple and white flowers all coming together beautifully. The body is medium plus with a fabulous rich texture and wonderful precision through the finish. A simply stunning Chardonnay that has the potential for a brilliant future ahead.
