A silky blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc sourced from the Wahluke Slope AVA, this wine begins with aromas of sagebrush that connect with the dark cherry and blackberry aromas that all build in the glass. The palate unveils a silky texture with a wonderfully soft mouthfeel that gives this a very Right Bank feel. Black currant, and anise flavors connect with the sagebrush and damp earth tones on the palate. While highly enjoyable in its youth, try to resist this beautiful wine for at least another year.
