This Pinot Noir from Talisman comes from the clay loam soils of the Adastra Vineyard in Carneros. It has a beautiful light red color, with aromas of cherry, strawberry, black olive, loam, and violet. he palate is soft and elegant, with great purity and focus with a beautiful mix of red fruits mixed with earthy flavors. This can certainly benefit from some air contact or 1-2 years of age before it hits its stride. Drink this beauty over the next decade plus.
