This is primarily composed of clone 809 Chardonnay spent 10 months in 50% new French oak prior to bottling. It opens with aromatics of white peach, honeysuckle and suggestions of lychee and crème brûlée. There are deep flavors of vanilla cream, Meyer lemon rind and bananas foster are delivered through a lovely texture. (Best 2017-2022) - July, 2017 (OB)
