2013 is the second vintage of Lompoc Wine Company's Pinot Noir, a collaboration from Sommelier Rajat Parr and winemaker Sashi Moorman. The fruit in 2013 seems to be brighter and more expressive then their first vintage, displaying pretty aromas of wild cherries and pomegranate followed by earthy soil, a touch of nutmeg and rose petals, which all come together beautifully. This impresses for its wonderful purity as well as its gorgeous structure that ends with a long and vibrant finish. Drink this now or over the next 5 years. (Best 2015-2022) - June, 2015 (MD)
