Eladio Piñeiro began making Albariño wines in 1983, many years prior to the appellation Rías Baixas being founded. Deep honey and nectarine blossom aromas fill the nose. The palate has tremendous freshness and verve, as layers of orchard fruits mingle with kiwi, nectarine zest and shades of honeyed melon all take shape in the glass. This is seriously good in its youth and will continue to evolve well over the next seven to ten years.
