The 2017 'Predicator’ is an exceptional release by the talented Benjamin Romeo. On the nose this takes on wonderful salted almond tones with lighter pear and melon accents that round out the expressive aromatics. The palate combines freshness with a soft texture as flavors of cantaloupe, green apple and salted Marcona almond combine brilliantly. While delightful in its youth, this should go on to cellar well over the next decade.
