The 2017 Cap Maritime Pinot Noir shows a beautiful aromatic range on the nose from saline soaked red cherries to blood orange to wild mushroom and teaberry. The palate is plush, showing a great sense of weight and minerality. Downright delicious red fruit flavors connect with the mineral and saline driven undertones. While a delight to savor now, this beautiful wine will continue to evolve well over the next decade or more.
