The 2014 Te Muna Road Vineyard Pinot Noir offers lovely aromatics of red and blue fruits, which are well matched with earthy, forest notes of resin and lignified stem. Flint makes an appearance mid palate followed by a peak of floral and barrel notes, rose and vanilla, on the finish. Decanting is highly recommended to allow the tight aromatics to become more expressive. (Best 2017-2024) - March, 2017 (JH)
