The 2016 Folium Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a gorgeous wine. It begins with fresh aromatic of orange zest, gooseberries which are joined together by floral blossoms, minerals and touch of fresh mint leaf all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this shows wonderful vibrancy with lovely overall balance leading up to the mineral infused finish. Overall, this is quite an impressive Sauvignon Blanc from this estate in the Brancott Valley.
