The 'Jorio' is a solid effort from Umani Ronchi in this vintage. On the nose this takes on ripe red fruits with exotic spices that fill the glass. The palate is lithe, showing a lovely velvery texture. Red and dark fruits mingle with hints of Mandarin orange zest. While a delight to savor now, this should also continue to drink beautifully over the next five years.
