This 100% Verduzzo is dried for about 1 month, with soft pressing and fermentation taking place in french oak barrels from various forests. The cultivation techniques are completely organic, as they are with all of Meroi’s wines, without any use of pesticides and herbicides. It serves up aromas and flavors of caramel, chestnut, macerated peaches and orange blossom. Lots of viscosity all the way through the sweet, succulent finish.
