The 2011 'Do ut Des' delivers a nice mix of cherry, plum, spices, leather and mineral, which slowy begin to emerge as this unwinds in the glass. This medium to full-bodied red is wrapped in soft, velvety tannins and shows excellent balance all the way through the finish. After an hour or so of air contact it really begins to show well, however it will ultimately need another year or two to flesh out. (Best 2015-2023) - September, 2014 (JD)
