The 2016 Pianirossi Montecucco 'Sidus' opens to aromas of dark cherries, grilled herbs, spcies and hints of dark chocolate. The palate is medium-plus-bodied and well-balanced with a nice textured mouthfeel that gets nice lift underlying acidity providing a sense of freshness through the finish.
