Inviting warm spice aromas of cinnamon cocoa powder, sweet vanilla, dark cherry and ripe raspberry. Earthy notes of a slight black olive brine plus a waft of sweet floral. Aromas carry to the palate where we find bright acidity, subdued tannin, and a sour cherry/white pepper finish.
