The 2018 Castello di Radda Chianti Classico opens to inviting aromas of dark cherries, spices, damp earth and licorice that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this possesses a lovely refined silky texture and not able overall balance and it makes a seamless transition into the velvety finish. Overall this is wonderful Chianti Classico, and will be approachable upon release.
