Schiopetto's Sauvignon is beautiful in 2017. It is a refreshing warm weather white with aromas of citrus, pineapple, mango, lychee, along with hints of green herbs, peach and flint. It has a great mouthfeel as the tropical fruits and citrus dance across the palate into the smooth, yet acidic finish. Drink this beauty early on or cellar it for a few years.
