The Briccotto is extremely impressive in 2010. It opens with seductive aromas of ripe dark cherries and blackberries followed by tar, floral, licorice, fresh mineral and a touch of cocoa powder. It possesses a gorgeous texture with remarkable balance, depth and focus. Juicy dark red berries explode onto the long, polished finish, leaving your mouth watering. Today, the Briccotto is the most expressive and approachable of all Clerico's crus in 2010. (Best 2016-2030) - June, 2014 (JD)
