The 2016 'Aprés Fortune' Barbera d’Alba from Cascina Bruni displays incredible freshness and purity, with pretty aromas of cherries, wild red berries, flowers, wet stony minerals and hints of light herb nuances. This medium-bodied red is incredibly balanced and supported by fine silky tannins that display wonderful finesse throughout. It continues impress as it moves seamlessly across the palate as it enters the graceful finish, which is framed beautifully by gorgeous fresh red fruits and minerals. A classic expression of Barbera that is already showing absolutely fantastic.
