The 2011 Antico Castello Taurasi Riserva shows a wonderful rustic character, with aromas of fresh ripe strawberries and red fruits that combine with a shaved parmesan character. The palate is incredibly vivid and beautifully balanced, backed by powerful tannins. This is sensational today, however it needs to be decanted to express itself and show its best.
