The 2015 is a beautiful showing from Christian Ebert, which instantly opens to aromas of fresh sliced apple, quince and white nectarine followed by lime zest and stony minerals. It is beautifully balanced with a gorgeous texture. It continues to impress with its purity and remarkable seamless quality as it heads into the succulent finish. This is outstanding right now, but I expect it to continue to evolve and gain complexities over the next decade. (Best 2016-2028) - September, 2016 (JD)
