The 2020 'Séraphin' begins with inviting aromas of fresh dark cherries and red berries, which come together with spices, lavender, sweet licorice and crushed stones that all take shape. On the palate this is medium bodied with fine tannins. This continues to deliver flavors of red fruits and spices which expand though the finish. Allow this another year or two of bottle age to flesh out a bit more.
