The 'Cuvée Prestige’ is a wonderful showing, made mostly from Grand and 1er Cru wines, this comprises the best first pressings, benefiting from vinification without malolactic fermentation and aging in oak casks for close to a year. This blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier instantly opens with aromas of baked apple and pear followed by lemon zest, chalky minerals and a touch of toast. It offers a gorgeous mouthfeel backed by a lovely mousse and a nice touch of acidity which carries on through the finish.
