The 2018 Blanc de Blancs from Champagne Doré begins with inviting aromas of fresh sliced apples, toasted brioche, lemon zest and hints of chalky minerals all coming together in the glass. It displays lovely focus, with a ton of character and freshness and a toasty finish. Overall, this is a lovely, Champagne which is drinking beautifully now.
