The Cuvée Rosé from Champagne Doré is a gorgeous showing. It begins with inviting aromas of crushed raspberries, fresh sliced strawberries and white cherries which are woven together chalky minerals and a touch of flowers all taking shape. On the palate this is beautifully balanced with wonderful precision as it heads into the mineral driven finish.
