The Blanc de Blancs from Champagne Bouché is elegant and focused with aromatics of pears and citrus that are accented with florals, minerals and hints of almond. On the palate this is beautifully textured and well-balanced and remains focused through the toasty, mineral driven finish. A fine showing which should continue to drink well over the next few years.
