The 2019 'Cuvée Ernestine' is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. This opens to beautiful aromas of lemon oil, asian pear, white flowers, chalky minerals and a toasted brioche nuances which all unwind beautifully in the glass. This continues to impress with its overall elegance, balance and lovely texture, as it remains focused all the way through the clean finish. Overall, a very pretty showing in this vintage that should continue to drink well over the next few years.
