Cuvee "Renaissance" from Roger Sabon is a blend of Roussanne 35%, Clairette 20%, Grenache Blanc 30%, and Bourboulenc 15%. This has pretty aromas of ripe pear, orange blossom, straw, white flowers and beeswax. On the palate it has a beautiful round texture, with a polished finish packed with orchard fruits, honey and citrus. Drink over the next decade.
