The 2020 Domaine de Pialentou Gaillac begins with inviting aromatics of dark cherries and black raspberries which are woven together with herbs, spices, minerals and fresh cut florals. On the palate this possesses a medium body, with a nice combination of fruit and acidity as it remains fresh and clean through the finish. A lovely wine to approach now or let age for a few more years.
