The 2012 Domaine des Patureux Pouilly-Fumé is fresh and vibrant with lots of citrus, fresh herbs, spring flowers, fennel, grapefruit, fresh cut grass and green apple. On the palate the wine is rich, zesty and complex. It has a vibrant core of fruit mixed with lovely earthy tones. The finish long and bouncy with lots of acidity. (2013-2015) - August, 2013 (MD)
