The 2015 Rasteau from Domaine les Evigneaux instantly opens to aromas of blueberries and raspberries woven together with violets, herbs, spices and hints of coffee all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this possesses a full body with a soft round and velvety texture, which is nicely balanced. This is already quite accessible and simply delicious right now.
