Chateau du Donjon is situated in Minervois, one of the oldest wine-producing areas in the Languedoc. The 2012 Minervois Rosé offers sweet aromas of candied red fruits, cotton candy along with some crushed rocks. On the palate however this is bone dry, ending with red fruits lingering.
