The 2019 Minervois begins with inviting aromatics of cherries, plums, spices, lavender, florals, iron and wet stones that all take shape in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied and nicely structured with notable balance. It goes on to display a lovely round texture with a core of ripe red/dark fruits leading up to the mouthwatering finish. This is accessible now, but should also have a drinking window that spans out about five years.
