The 2019 Domaine Olivier Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil 'Le Mont des Oliviers' begins with inviting aromas of raspberries and plums, which are woven together with tobacco, soil, wet stones and dried violets. The medium body is balanced showing a wonderful combination for fruit, acidity and minerality, which persists through the finish. This is accessible today, but certainly has the potential to evolve further over the next few years.
