The 2010 Domaine Louis Cheze St. Joseph Cuvée des Anges is ripe and layered with dark fruits, spices, toasted oak, mesquite, roasted coffee and licorice. This is a rich and powerful syrah but stays fresh from the underlying minerality and acidity. The polished finish leaves you with a long lasting impression.
