The 2021 Saint-Joseph delivers an aromatic profile of raspberries and plums, along with pepper, earth, lavender and olives. On the palate this is medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a sleek texture, which leads into the vivid finish. A classic Saint-Joseph that is accessible now, but allow it a bit more time for it to show its best.
