The 2013 'Les Sélections Parcellaires Petites Cailles' shows a host of dark fruit aromas with cedar and peat moss aromas that combine with lighter citrus rind tones on the nose. The palate shows excellent freshness with moderate tannins backed by a core of dark fruits flavors and underlying minerality. The elagant Cahors continues to impress with notable balance and poise through the finish.
