The 2018 'Guigne-Chevres' is gorgeous. This begins with seductive aromas of white peaches, lime, white flowers, dried herbs and a wonderful mineral character that all take shape. On the palate this is beautifully textured with a lovely touch of acidity providing freshness as it heads into the succulent, mouth watering finish. While this is nothing short of stunning now, it also shows wonderful promise to age and should continue to evolve beautifully for over a decade.
