THOMAS MOREY Chassagne-Montrachet 2007

The 2007 Thomas Morey Chassagne-Montrachet is showing its wonderful aging potential right now. Thomas Morey belongs to the tenth generation of this Chassagne family before putting his name on the bottle in this first 2007 vintage. This intense wine begins with aromas of Meyer lemon rind, oak, orange blossom and golden delicious apple. There are dense flavors of Pazzaz apple, Bartlett pear, Meyer lemon and Key lime zest. Gorgeous collection of flavors, with a robust minerality. (Best 2016-2021) - March, 2016 (OB)
