The 2013 'Les Folalieres' Puligny-Montrachet is a lovely effort. It opens with aromas of lemon rind, pear, acacia blossoms and white peach framed by a subtle smoky oak character, which offers wonderful complexity to the wine. It is beautifully textured and balanced, as it continues to expand on to the finish. This is already impressive, however it should continue to unwind and become even more complex with some bottle age. (Best 2017-2027) - December, 2015 (JD)
