The 'Les Seppes' is slow to unwind, but comes to release aromas raspberries and plum along with spices, lavender. Medium-Bodied with a layer underlying acidity ending with a spicy edge on the finish. Will need another year of bottle age. (Best 2017-2020) - February 2016 (JD)
