Château des Tours is run by Emmanuel Reynaud, who also runs Château Rayas, Emmanuel currently manages both properties using the exact same organic methods. This fantastic blend of Grenache (65%), Cinsault (15%) and Syrah (20%) has offers up a complex nose of ripe raspberry, strawberry, freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, kirsch liqueur, herb, fresh soil, mineral and floral aromas.
