The 2016 Château Tour du Moulin opens with aromas of blackberries and cherries are laced with dried spices, cigar box and hints of licorice. On the palate this is medium-bodied and structured with velvety tannins. This shows excellent overall balance with a gorgeous texture through the lingering finish. Excellent today, but should also evolve beautifully over the next few years.
