The 2010 Château du Grand Bos is showing beautifully at this stage in its evolution. It displays lovely aromas of cherries and plums, which are laced with dried florals, tobacco, charred toast, wet stones and exotic spices that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied and structured with velvety tannins that lead into the long, velvety finish. There is no need to wait much longer to enjoy the 2010 vintage of Château du Grand Bos.
