The 2019 Jules Lebegue Saint-Emilion begins with aromas of blackberries and cherries, woven together with spices, tobacco, and hints of fresh herbs, all coming together in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied and well balanced with a silky texture as it leads into the finish, where blackberries and spices continue to linger on. Allow this another year in bottle to flesh out a bit more.
