The 2016 Château Guillou is ripe and expressive offering aromas and flavors of blackberries, plums, mocha and licorice all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied and round with a lovely polished texture which leads into the finish. This is a wonderful wine to drink now or hold in the cellar for another few years.
