The 2009 Chateau Mancedre offers wonderful aromas and flavors of blackberries and plum followed by espresso, earth, toast and black licorice. This is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins that glide across your palate. The finish is long and chewy marked by dark berries and roasted coffee. Needs a bit more time.
