The 2012 Le Dix is an absolutely fantastic wine, composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Carmenère and 5% Syrah. It immediately opens with aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and ripe mission figs, which are followed by moist tobacco, floral and a savory-earthy character. This outstanding red demonstrates a wonderful balance of power and elegance with gorgeous polished tannins and excellent depth of flavor from start to finish.
