This expressive wine comes from the Maipo Valley. The Cabernet begins with herbaceous aromas of red bell pepper, sage, Serrano pepper and anise. Medium weight flavors of anise, green bell pepper, blackberry and cassis round out this bottling. A good value Cabernet, nicely displaying the herbal qualities and terroir of the region.
